• Membership to the S.O.U.L programme is open to all TATA Harrier and TATA Safari owners.

• Eligibility criteria will be specified from time to time by Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Limited (TPEM).

• TPEM reserves the right to extend or withdraw invitations for membership without assigning any reasons.

• The S.O.U.L programme is an ongoing loyalty programme for customers of TATA Harrier and TATA Safari.

• Membership remains valid as long as the customer is a registered owner of a TATA Harrier or TATA Safari.

• In case of a decision on closure of the programme, TPEM will inform members at least 1 month in advance.

• TPEM reserves the right to alter the programme at any point of time, and the decision of TPEM shall be final and binding in all matters pertaining to the programme.

• All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai only.

• Past members who have been part of the evolve activities will be enrolled directly on the new platform.

Membership & Tiering

Membership & Tiering: All participating wholesalers will need to enroll online at http://soul.tatamotors.com. TPEM reserves the right to decline membership to any customer it may deem appropriate. The membership activation will be upon confirmation of the customers' details (VIN/ registration). The membership is valid for as long as the programme is still operational.

Rewards & Redemption

The programme rewards would be decided by TPEM, and it reserves the right to discontinue any reward, and such a decision would be at its sole discretion.

A member can only redeem his rewards/ benefits as per the rules laid out in the ‘benefits terms & condition’.
